We offer practical workshops covering confidence and mindset, CV and LinkedIn optimisation, interview strategies, personal branding, public speaking, and networking. We also provide a free career relaunch guide and a community of women navigating the same journey.

Our workshops are small, supportive, and interactive. Led by Janine Plum and expert guest speakers, each session combines practical tools with honest conversation. Past topics include overcoming imposter syndrome, mastering your mindset, and building professional confidence.

Janine is the founder of RETURNready. After her own career break, she experienced the same self-doubt and challenges many women face when returning to work. She created RETURNready to provide the support system she wished she had.
